Made a vow to fast a month if he returns to smoking

Question I have made vow last month and it was about quitting smoking. The vow was to keep away from smoking and if I break I will fast one whole month. I broke the vow. So, I am suppose to fast now or there are some other ways that I can fulfil my fast like feeding needy people. Please let me know so I know what to do upon receiving your answer. Should he make up for one or two days of Ramadan?

Question On Ramadan 29, I traveled from my home country to a neighboring Arab country and did not fast on that day as it is permissible not to fast when travelling. The next day was the first day of ‘Eed in my home country, whereas in the destination country, it was the last day of the month of Ramadan. I did not fast on that day either.
