All perfect praise be to Allaah, The Lord of the Worlds. I testify that there is none worthy of worship except Allaah, and that Muhammad is His slave and Messenger.
First of all, we advise you to take it easy and not worry too much. If you were negligent about your second wife and she pardoned you, then there is no need to think about this matter. If a person was unjustly treated and he renounces his right that is his own right, then Allaah will not punish the one who wronged him. It is for this reason that the Prophet said: “Whoever has wronged a Muslim brother, then he should ask his forgiveness today (i.e. before he dies and before the Day of Judgment).”
As regards your first wife, she has no right to prevent you from living with your second wife. Her only right upon you is be just between her and your second wife. It is an obligation to be just between one’s two wives even if they live in two different countries according to the preponderant view of the scholars and we clarified this in Fatwa 90663. However, if your second wife agrees to renounce some of her rights, then she may do so. Nonetheless, you should endeavor to go to her whenever it is possible for you to do so.
On the other hand, if you fear that you are affected by magic, then you should perform Ruqyah, and recite the morning and evening mention of Allaah, and perform acts of good deeds especially observing the obligations so that Allaah may cure you. Allaah Knows best.
