What is the ruling regarding the person who insults Islam and Allaah The Almighty? Will Allaah The Almighty accept his repentance?

All perfect praise be to Allaah, The Lord of the worlds. I testify that there is none worthy of worship except Allaah, and that Muhammad, sallallaahu ‘alayhi wa sallam, is His slave and messenger.

Whoever insults Islam, Allaah The Almighty or His Messenger is an apostate and a disbeliever. If he sincerely repents from this act, regrets it, and asks for forgiveness, we implore Allaah The Almighty to accept his repentance. Otherwise, he would be in great danger, since no one would dare to commit this offence but a hard-hearted and extremely negligent person who does not fear Allaah The Almighty or respect His boundaries.

The Punishment of Allaah for this kind of stubborn people is well-known.
