Assalamalaicum, Please enlight my knowledge about personal problems that are results of our deeds. Suppose two persons are involved (husband and wife), one has done wrong deed but why other one is being suffered? I did use some more wrong words in reply of someone's wrong statement about me or my family in general way not in indecent way. What is kaffara for that? Which Surah to recited for solving the personal problems ?
All perfect praise be to Allaah, The Lord of the Worlds. I testify that there is none worthy of worship except Allaah, and that Muhammad, sallallaahu ‘alayhi wa sallam, is His slave and Messenger.
With regard to the first part of your question, you did not specify the problem that occurred and the sufferings that the other person went through, as this might need a special statement or guidelines. In any case, what we can say here in general is that this worldly life is a test and the best solution in encountering this trial is to have patience, as patience results in a good outcome in this worldly life and in the Hereafter.

Patience is stressed even more in marital life so that stability would prevail in the Muslim family, and this is one of the greatest objectives for which marriage is legislated in Islam.
Hence, we advise each spouse to know the rights of the other so that he/she would fulfill them for him/her and harmony and love would prevail between them.

As regards the second part of your question, then the answer is that it is permissible for a wronged person to return the injustice that he/she incurred from the transgressor in the same manner in which he was inflicted, without transgressing the limits. Allaah The Almighty Says (what means): {Allaah does not like the public mention of evil except by one who has been wronged. And ever is Allaah Hearing and Knowing.}[Quran 4:148] Nonetheless, it is better to forgive and pardon. Therefore, if you seek justice from the person who wronged you without transgressing the limits, then you are not sinful. However, if you exceed the limits, you should repent and for repentance to be fulfilled in the due manner, you should seek forgiveness from the person in the matters in which you transgressed and exceeded the limits.
It should also be mentioned that calamities could result from acts of disobedience; Allaah The Almighty Says (what means): {And whatever strikes you of disaster — it is for what your hands have earned; but He pardons much.}[Quran 42:30]
Therefore, you should seek Allaah’s forgiveness as much as possible, hoping that Allaah The Almighty would remove the sorrow and distress by virtue of it.
We are not aware of the benefits of reciting any specific Chapter of the Quran for this matter but reciting the Quran is a cause for experiencing inner peace and contentment in general.
