Is it obligatory to obey husband in foreplay? For example, if he wants do a particular form of foreplay which the wife does not like does she have to do it.

A woman is obligated to obey her husband in intercourse matters, as long as it is within the limits of what is known and familiar, even if she does not love him, because it is from obedience in M’aruf (goodness). However, she is not obligated to obey him in a matter that goes beyond the usual limits.
