Question

I am unmarried girl and mastrubate do I need to take a bath before I pray and also take a bath when I wed dream whereas after all this all I get is white or transparent water

Answer

All perfect praise be to Allah, The Lord of the Worlds. I testify that there is none worthy of worship except Allah, and that Muhammad is His slave and Messenger.

First of all, you should repent to Allah, the Exalted, from this bad and forbidden habit. As for Ghusl (i.e. ritual bathing), it is only obligatory when there is ejaculation of semen. So, whoever makes masturbation and ejaculates semen, he has to make Ghusl, but he is not obliged to make Ghusl if he does not ejaculate semen. As for the person who sees a wet dream and finds semen upon waking up, he has to make Ghusl. This means that Ghusl is obligatory due to the ejaculation of semen whether the person is awake or asleep, based on the Hadeeth of the Prophet “… but when you have seminal emission, you should take a bath." [Narrated by Abu Dawood and An-Nasaa‘i]

Allah knows best.
