should we (Muslims) wear Black Clothes below Waist.

All perfect praise be to Allaah, The Lord of the Worlds. I testify that there is none worthy of worship except Allaah, and that Muhammad is His slave and Messenger.

A Muslim, whether a man or a woman, is not obliged to wear a particular kind or colour of clothes. If the clothes of a man and of a woman meet the religious conditions, like not imitating the non-Muslims in the clothes that are peculiar to them, men not imitating women and vice-versa, not being clothes of fame and so forth, then it is permissible to wear it otherwise no.
