When performing ablution after experiencing vaginal discharge, is it sufficient to wash the parts of the body that are washed in ablution only?

All perfect praise be to Allaah, The Lord of the Worlds. I testify that there is none worthy of worship except Allaah, and that Muhammad, sallallaahu 'alyhi wa sallam, is His slave and Messenger.

Shaykh Ibn ‘Uthaymeen said: "Yes, this would be sufficient if this discharge is pure, that is, coming from the uterus, not the bladder."
