All perfect praise be to Allah, The Lord of the Worlds. I testify that there is none worthy of worship except Allah, and that Muhammad is His slave and Messenger.
Your question and previous questions stem from a severe Waswas (OCD). You do not need fatwas and jurisprudential research; rather, you need to treat these whispers by turning away from them ignoring them and seeking treatment by consulting psychologists.
The fact that your father mocked the tailor does not necessitate the prohibition of you wearing those clothes.
Besides, there is nothing wrong with wearing the expensive clothes that your father had bought for you.
As for the fashion dress (garment of fame and vanity), it is every garment by which its wearer becomes famous among the people and attracts their attention, including wearing a garment that is different from the usual dress of the country's people. Wearing garments of fame is disliked; it is not prohibited.
Matalib Uli An-Nuha reads: “Wearing a garment of fame is disliked, which means what makes a person famous among people and attracts their attention. Wearing it is disliked because it might entice others to backbite him, so he will participate in such a sin. The garment of fame includes a garment that is unlike his country's garments and the usual garment.” [End of quote]
Allah knows best.
