Some issues about divorce and 'Eelaa'
I have two questions related to Divorce:
1. The Hanafi school's opinion is that if a divorce is executed via an indirect or implied statement then the nikkah terminates immediately even if this is the first or second divorce.

Her husband is a heavy smoker

He has a doubt that his wife cheated on him with his friend

His wife took his baby and traveled to her country without his permission
Alsalam aalaykom,
My wife has got a 5 year old child from her previous marriage. She recently lost his custody and the child has been taken by his father in Egypt.
My wife took our baby and flew to Egypt and does not intend to come back to me before she gets back the custody (if she does get it at all!!)
