SALAM,my question is that,if a woman doesnt go to jumah to pray,is it compulsory for her to delay her prayer until the jumuah prayer has been performed or can she pray after the adhan with intention that she is praying dhur. can a woman recite loudly in salat alone or with her fellow sisters? it is acceptable to say SUBHANA RABIYYAL AZEEM OR RABIYYAL ALLA IN RUKU'U OR SUJUD MORE THAN THREE TIMES IN SALAT. is it allow to pray in a house in which there is a dog? can someone read quran while lying down? i heard that cortship is unlawful in islam, what of when they have intention of marrying within a short period of time and one of them travelled away from the other for a certain purpose and will stay a long period of time like 3-4years,is the relationship has to be cut? i live under some people who i shave to obey their rules, they found me work in which at my workplace my master is a non-believer and they drink acohol ,i told them i cant touch it but, whenever they drank it they leave the bottle empty or unfinished in which i have to pack,i am scaredi will be one of those the prophet said will enter hell fire because of alcohol,i told them at home and they quote one hadeeth that the prophet (saw) said if you come to a country in which there is no food and those people ther eat pig or drink alcohol you have to do it. they told me i have no option than to work there ,i am totally confuse.can you tell me the solution.notice they brought me to another country in which non of my family is there except my brother and he accept all their deeds, that if i disobey them i will be left on my own in this strange country.not to forget they perform some act in which i regard as an innovation like celebrating new year, during the new year we were asked to recite ayatul qursiyy 366times each goes for a day,and some act like men and women eating together or shaking hands or reciting adhkar in unison
All perfect praise be to Allaah, The Lord of the Worlds. I testify that there is none worthy of worship except Allaah, and that Muhammad, sallallaahu ‘alayhi wa sallam, is His slave and Messenger.
We have already issued many Fataawa on the questions about which you asked. Therefore, you may refer to Fatwa 91135 about a woman performing her prayer aloud, and Fataawa 92109 and 92662 about performing a prayer in a house where there is a dog, and Fatwa 86206 about the permissibility or reciting the Quran when lying down, and Fataawa 81668 and 81356 about the relationship between a fiancé and his fiancée, and Fatwa 92193 about Tasbeeh (i.e. saying Subhaana Rabiyal-A’laa in the prostration position, and Subhaana Rabiyal-‘Atheem in the bowing position).
As regards a woman delaying Thuhr prayer until the Imaam ends the Friday prayer, then this is not an obligation. Rather, a woman may pray Thuhr as soon as its time begins and she is not obliged to wait until the prayer is finished at the mosque.
We advise you to fear Allaah and return to your country to live with your family. This is better for you than living and staying with strange and non-Mahram men along with the prohibitions which they commit, like celebrating the New Year and reciting chapter 2 verse 255 a given number of times at this occasion; all these are religious innovations. What is worse than this is that they tell lies on the Prophet, sallallaahu ‘alayhi wa sallam, and attribute to him what he, sallallaahu ‘alayhi wa sallam, did not say, like the statement which you mentioned: "If you come to a country in which there is no food, and those people eat pig or drink alcohol, you have to do it." This is a clear lie on the Prophet, sallallaahu ‘alayhi wa sallam, and there is no doubt that lying on the Prophet, sallallaahu ‘alayhi wa sallam, is a very serious matter, because he, sallallaahu ‘alayhi wa sallam, said: "Whoever tells lies on me, let him have his place in Hellfire." [Al-Bukhari]
Moreover, you should fear Allaah and avoid working in a place where intoxicants are sold or drunk. For more benefit, please refer to Fataawa 83332 and 85453.
