Question
a man says his wife that if you do not need me then i divorce i divorce i divorce did not sayid you at all
Answer
All perfect praise be to Allaah, The Lord of the Worlds. I testify that there is none worthy of worship except Allaah, and that Muhammad 
is His slave and Messenger.
First of all, you should know that this term ‘I divorce’ is not clear in intending to divorce the wife, so divorce does not take place by uttering this term unless the husband intended divorce.
On the other hand, this term which is uttered by the husband is like the conditional divorce, and this divorce does not take place unless what is conditioned upon takes place.

Finally, it should be noted that both spouses should be keen on maintaining the stability of the family and solving the problems that occur with wisdom, and without uttering the terms of divorce.
