Question
salalmo alaikom,regarding fatwa number 87548 about selling a mosjed to buy another one ,my quetion is :what about if who ever is buying the masjed can possibly make it a place where girls and boys can kiss each other in their cars and drinking alcohol in the masjeds parking lot ? [[thats in USA]]
Answer
All perfect praise be to Allaah, The Lord of the Worlds. I testify that there is none worthy of worship except Allaah, and that Muhammad 
is His slave and Messenger.
Even though it is permissible to sell the mosque according to the opinion mentioned in Fatwa 87548, it is not permissible to sell it to whomever one knows or predominantly thinks that he will use it to commit the sins which you mentioned in the question or to whoever will use it to commit any other sins. Of course, this is not only peculiar to the mosque, rather, this is general because it is not permissible to sell any place for whomever one knows that he will use it in forbidden matters.
