She has continuous discharge and wants to perform Dhuha prayer

Question

If a woman who has a continuous discharges performs ablution to pray the Fajr prayer, can she pray the Dhuha (forenoon) prayer with the same ablution that she performed for Fajr prayer?

Answer

All perfect praise be to Allaah, The Lord of the Worlds. I testify that there is none worthy of worship except Allaah, and that Muhammad, sallallaahu 'alyhi wa sallam, is His slave and Messenger.

Shaykh Ibn ‘Uthaymeen may Allaah have mercy upon him said: "No, it is impermissible to do this as Dhuha prayer has a particular time, so, she should perform ablution after the time the Dhuha prayer is due has begun, because she takes the same ruling of the woman who has vaginal bleeding outside the menstrual period and the Prophet, sallallaahu ‘alayhi wa sallam, ordered such a woman to perform ablution for every prayer. The Thuhr prayer is from the time the sun leaves its zenith up to ‘Asr time. ‘Asr time is from the end of Thuhr until the sun fades and in cases of necessity up to sunset. The Maghrib prayer is from sunset until the red light has left the sky, and ‘Ishaa’ time is from the time the red light has left the sky up to midnight."

Allaah Knows best.
