Question
is it permissible for me to bring a friend from egypt to a kafir country to play football and stay there temporarily,he is not settling there for ever just for short period maybe 2 years
Answer
All perfect praise be to Allaah, The Lord of the Worlds. I testify that there is none worthy of worship except Allaah, and that Muhammad 
is His slave and Messenger.
Travelling to a non-Muslim country and residing there includes some dangers to the religion and moral conduct of a Muslim. Therefore, in principle, this is forbidden except for a necessity or dire need and provided a Muslim is able to protect his religion and his moral conduct.
Besides, a Muslim’s travel to play (football) and the like does not constitute a valid reason for him to reside in a non-Muslim country. Therefore, you should not help your friend to travel and be exposed to afflictions for this reason as Allaah Says (what means): {…but do not help one another in sin and transgression.}[Quran 5:2]
