Question
salaam,kindly let me know,i shall be very thankful to you, 1/if a man marriages a woman but they get no children and he divorced her,after that the woman marriages another man after iddah,and the man marries another woman ,they get children,my question is can the sonn of the woman marry with the daughter of the man? 2/if a 12 years girl which doesn't menstruates that time( but later she do) joins her private parts with his one year brother,or 5 year sister,but later she hates what she did,and became a pious lady,now can that lady marry his son with the daughter of her brother or daughter of her sister? May Allah bless you
Answer
All perfect praise be to Allaah, The Lord of the Worlds. I testify that there is none worthy of worship except Allaah, and that Muhammad, sallallaahu ‘alayhi wa sallam, is His Slave and Messenger.
The answer to the first question is that there is no harm in this woman marrying her son to the daughter of her previous husband from another wife. There is nothing in what was mentioned that restricts such a marriage.
As for the second question, the answer is that it is permissible for this woman to marry her son to the daughter of her brother or to the daughter of her sister. What was done does not legally restrict marriage.
