Question
is the dua ALLAH hummna barik fee rajab wa shabaan wa baligh na ramadaan authetic
Answer
All perfect praise be to Allaah, The Lord of the Worlds. I testify that there is none worthy of worship except Allaah, and that Muhammad, sallallaahu ‘alayhi wa sallam, is His slave and Messenger.
Imam Ahmad and others reported that Anas ibn Maalik 
said: “When (the month of) Rajab began, the Prophet, sallallaahu ‘alayhi wa sallam, used to supplicate: Allaahumma baarik lana fee Rajab wa Sha’baan wa baarik lana fee Ramadan (O Allaah, make the months of Rajab and Sha’baan blessed for us, and make the month of Ramadan blessed for us).” [Musnad Ahmad] Another report reads: “… wa ballighna Ramadan (and allow us to live until Ramadan).”
Shaykh Al-Albaani and Shu’ayb Al-Arnaa’oot 
classified its chain of transmission as Dha’eef (weak).
