Answer

All perfect praise be to Allaah, The Lord of the Worlds. I testify that there is none worthy of worship except Allaah, and that Muhammad, sallallaahu ‘alayhi wa sallam, is His slave and messenger.

Soorah An-Nasr - meaning victory - (no. 110) is also known as Soorah at-Tawdee‘, or 'the Farewell Soorah'. Al-Qurtubi may Allaah have mercy upon him wrote, “Soorah An-Nasr [Quran 110] was revealed in Madeenah according to scholarly consensus. It is also knows as Soorah At-Tawdee‘. It consists of three verses. It is the last Soorah of the Quran to be revealed as a whole. Ibn ‘Abbaas may Allaah be pleased with him underlined that in the report cited in Saheeh Muslim. [Tafseer Al-Qurtubi]

The Soorah is called Tawdee' as it indicated the imminent death of the Prophet, sallallaahu ‘alayhi wa sallam. In this chapter, Allaah, The Exalted, has informed him of the approach of his death. Ibn ‘Abbaas may Allaah be pleased with him said, “It heralds the [end of the] life of the Messenger of Allaah, sallallaahu ‘alayhi wa sallam, and informs him of it.” He may Allaah be pleased with him recited the Soorah in full; Allaah, The Exalted, says (what means): {When the victory of Allaah has come and the conquest,* And you see the people entering into the religion of Allaah in multitudes,* Then exalt [Him] with praise of your Lord and ask forgiveness of Him. Indeed, He is ever Accepting of repentance.} [Quran 110:1-3] He may Allaah be pleased with him commented, "The conquest referred to in the Soorah was the conquest of Makkah; it was a sign for the imminent death of the Prophet, sallallaahu ‘alayhi wa sallam. He, sallallaahu ‘alayhi wa sallam, was directed to exalt and praise His Lord and seek His forgiveness." [Al-Bukhari]

Allaah Knows best.
