Fatwa CenterPerforming Ghusl after Intercourse With One Wife to Have Intercourse with Another
Question
SalamWhat is the judgement in the case if someone has three wives and wants to have sex with them on the same day. Each wife has her own room inside his house and they do not see each other while intercourse. Is he allowed to do that? And is it neccessary to take a bath after visiting each wife?
Answer
All perfect praise be to Allah, The Lord of the Worlds. I testify that there is none worthy of worship except Allah, and that Muhammad 
is His slave and Messenger.
There is nothing wrong –Allah willing –if the husband has sexual intercourse with all his wives in one night, on the condition that the wife whose turn is that night permits to this effect, because it is renouncing her confirmed right with her consent.
Anas ibn Maalik 
narrated that the Prophet had sexual intercourse with all his wives in one single night with one Ghusl (ritual bath). [Abu Daawood]
Al-Mawwaaq, from the Maaliki School of jurisprudence, said in At-Taaj wal-Ikleel:
"If one of his wives allows him to have sexual intercourse with another wife during her turn [her night], then it is permissible for him to do so, before he performs Ghusl from having sexual intercourse with the first wife or after it." [End of quote]
Therefore, you now know that it is not a condition to perform a Ghusl after having sexual intercourse with the first wife in order to have sexual intercourse with the second wife.
