Answer

All perfect praise be to Allah, The Lord of the Worlds. I testify that there is none worthy of worship except Allah, and that Muhammad sallallaahu `alayhi wa sallam ( may Allaah exalt his mention ) is His slave and Messenger.

There is no doubt that Allah, The Exalted, knows who would eat every grain and everything was written in Al-Lawh Al-Mahfooth. However, we do not know of any Sharee‘ah text in the Quran or Sunnah that explicitly states that every grain has the name of the person who will eat it written on it. Verily, Allah, The Exalted, is over all things Competent. Some Quran commentators mentioned a similar meaning in their commentary on the following verse. Allah, The Exalted, Says (what means): {And with Him are the keys of the unseen; none knows them except Him. And He knows what is on the land and in the sea. Not a leaf falls but He knows it. And no grain is there within the darknesses of the earth and no moist or dry [thing] but that it is [written] in a clear record.} [Quran 6:59] Al-Qurtubi may Allaah have mercy upon him said in his Tafseer: “It was said that the verse means that no leaf falls except that Allah, The Exalted, knows where and when it falls and how many times it spins in the air before it falls! He also knows when each grain would grow, how many ears it would produce, and who would eat it…” However, it does not suggest that Allah, The Exalted, wrote on every grain the name of the person who will eat it.

Allah knows best.
