Famous yet inauthentic Qudsi Hadeeths

Question

I would like to know the degree of authenticity of two Qudsi Hadeeths (sacred narrations): In the first, Allaah The Almighty Says (what means): “I create. However, worship is dedicated to other than Me.” In the second, Allaah The Almighty Says (what means): “Those who remember Me are worthy of sitting with Me.”
Is it possible to provide me with the whole text, information about the authenticity and where I can locate them?

Answer

All perfect praise be to Allaah, the Lord of the worlds. I testify that there is none worthy of worship except Allaah, and that Muhammad, sallallaahu ‘alayhi wa sallam, is His Slave and Messenger.

Abu Ad-Dardaa’ may Allaah be pleased with him narrated on the authority of the Prophet, sallallaahu ‘alayhi wa sallam, that Allaah The Almighty Says (what means):“Indeed, I and the Jinn and humans have a strange situation: I create and worship is dedicated to other than Me, I give provision and thanks are attributed to other than Me.” [Al-Bayhaqi: Shu‘ab Al-’Eemaan, Al-Haakim, As-Suyooti and Al-Munaawi ruled it as Dha‘eef (weak)]

However, the above-mentioned Hadeeth have not been established as narrated by the Prophet, sallallaahu ‘alayhi wa sallam, on the authority of Allaah The Almighty. Yet, it suggests great meanings which should be understood and reflected over, and therefore the early righteous Muslims narrated it.

Regarding the Hadeeth in which Allaah The Almighty Says that those who remember Him are worthy of sitting with Him, was not found to be narrated in all the sources available to us.

And Allaah Knows best.
