Answer

Praise be to Allah, the Lord of the Worlds, and blessings and peace be upon our Prophet Muhammad and upon all his Family and Companions. This kind of transaction is called “Al-RAHEENA”. Some scholars called it "Transaction of WAFA" or "Transaction of AMANA". This is a kind of debt, which brings the usury, and it is Haram. This is the opinion of the majority of the scholars and it is most reliable opinion. Allah knows best.
