Question
Assalamu’alaykum,
During the sixties the tomb of Ayesha, may Allaah be pleased with her, was demolished. Why?
Answer
All perfect praise be to Allaah, The Lord of the Worlds. I testify that there is none worthy of worship except Allaah, and that Muhammad, sallallaahu ‘alayhi wa sallam, is His slave and Messenger.
We do not have any information about the demolishment of the tomb of the grave of ‘Aa’ishah, may Allah pleased with her. If you inform us of the source of this information we will do our best to help you.
