Question
long time ago I made a company with another man whom I met for the first time, he came from another country, he told me that he have many companies in many countries, because he is Muslim and he have a good method to talk with Qura'n and Hadeeth I think he is a honest man, I gives him my money and we begon the new company me in Holland and he from another country, he send the goods and I sell it, every time he came to Holland he took all the money in our company and go back to his country, I asked him many many times to sit down and looking together in our account but he refuse and said that he trust in me and I can took what I need from money but in the same time he took the all of money and I can't find any money to take even my salaries in this period (about 5 monthes) when he back to his country. I asked about him and find that he have nothing no another companies or any thing else. It doesen't matter, but he began to make some fals business in my name, when I took with him he said it's not fals but true. later I discovered that he had make many false business in another countries, I asked him to end our company and back my money but he neglected that many times, one day and before he took all the money as usual I took my money and when he went to take the money I told him that I have take my maney, he become very angrey and he tried to harm me and he said that the company are losser and he loss a lot of money during this period but he laying as usual, I asked him to sit down and bring all the original paper for all the goods he send it with the buying price but and make the account but he refuse. he go back to his country, after two months he came back and during this time I worked hard and make a lot of money for the company and I calculated my salaries in 5 months and I took it. in my heart I decided when he come back I will asked him to give my salaries and the halve of wining , and if he did i will back this money again and if he refused I will not tell him about any thing and leave him and the company . when he came back I asked him about my salaries and my share but he refused and said that the company losses a lot and I must share this losses but he lay and I know the real fact and he did it many times with another people. I left him without any talking about what I took for my salaries any he think that I didn't get any money and he know he will make many problems..but it is my right for my work ...my question about this money is it halal or haram?
Answer
All perfect praise be to Allaah, The Lord of the Worlds. I testify that there is none worthy of worship except Allaah, and that Muhammad 
is His slave and Messenger.
If the matter is as you mentioned in the question that you took what you deserve from your share in the money, and then took your deserved salary from the remaining money with which you trade, but you took it without the knowledge and permission of the owner of the money, then if you only took what you deserved, it is permissible and lawful. However, it is better if you sought his permission.
