Question

Did all the Prophets bring the same Message of Tawheed? Please provide me with details of it with Qur'an and Hadith.

Answer

Praise be to Allah, the Lord of the Worlds; and may His blessings and peace be upon our Prophet Muhammad and upon all his Family and Companions. Calling people to Tawheed (Monotheism/worshipping Allah alone) is the call undertaken by all the Prophets, as the Qur'an states. Allah, the Exalted, Says: And verily, We have sent among every Ummah (community, nation) a Messenger (proclaiming): "Worship Allâh (Alone), and avoid (or keep away from) Tâghût (all false deities, etc. i.e. do not worship Tâghût besides Allâh)….[16:36]. Allah also Said: And We did not send any Messenger before you (O Muhammad SAW) but We inspired him (saying): Lâ ilâha illa Ana [none has the right to be worshipped but I (Allâh)], so worship Me (Alone and none else).[21:25]. There are many other verses stating this issue as well. Allah knows best.
