Ruling on someone who vowed to pray before obligatory prayer but prayed after it

Obligatory to fulfill a vow that is conditional on owning something
I joined a contest and took a vow that if I won, I would donate the money of the prize to Palestine. I won the contest, but the circumstances changed, and I needed that money. Is it permissible for me to offer expiation for breaking that vow and take the money. Is it incumbent upon me to donate the money? If I take the money, would it be unlawful?

Vowed to offer something in a certain place seeking closeness to Allaah, but became unable to go there
I made a vow to Allah, the Exalted, that I would offer something (in charity) in a certain place, but I was not able to go there. Is it permissible for me to offer the vowed object in another place? If I am able to go there in the future, should I re-offer the vowed object?

I made a vow to buy a chandelier for a mosque with a certain sum of money. Is it permissible to donate that money to the mosque-affiliated clinic as it needs beds and medical equipment? Ruling on doubting after performing an act of worship
As-Salamu 'Alaykum. My question is: I vowed to fast two or three days once a certain matter would happen. I remember that I indeed fasted after this matter happened. However, I do not remember how many days I actually fasted. Should I fast the three days again? Please advise. May Allah reward you.

Making a promise to give charity is not considered a vow
My wife owned some gold and said: "If I sell it, I will give its price as charity (continuous charity)." Is it considered a vow? Is it permissible for her to buy shares in cooperative societies and then give charity later on from the shares' profits in an amount equal to the value of the sold gold?

Failing to observe consecutiveness in vowed fasts
A long time ago, my mother made a vow to fast a month consecutively. Now, however, she cannot fulfill the vow because she suffers from hypertension and diabetes.
