Meaning of Prophet's statement about people of Badr
Assalaamu alaykum. I want to know the meaning of the statement of the Prophet, when he said that Allah looked towards the people of Badr and said, "Do whatever you do," in light of the fact that a Companion was punished for drinking alcohol.

Depressed and frustrated for inability to be like the Companions
I have a problem with my heart. Every time I hear stories of the Sahaba and how honored they were, I get upset and very feel bad about myself.
