Seeking the help of non-Muslim organizations that help the anti-Islamic groups

Question

As-salaamu 3laikum, What is the ruling on asking human rights organisations for help in a legal case in a non-Muslim country in cases of necessity, when these organisations also help people who say offensive and insulting things about Islam because they believe in freedom of speech? Jazaak Allahu khair

Answer

All perfect praise be to Allaah, The Lord of the Worlds. I testify that there is none worthy of worship except Allaah, and that Muhammad, sallallaahu ‘alayhi wa sallam, is His slave and messenger.

It is permissible to seek the help of these organizations in case of need in order to achieve a lawful purpose, such as gaining restitution or repelling injustice or the like.

The fact that these organizations assist those who oppose or criticize Islam does not prevent Muslims from seeking their help.
