Answer

All perfect praise be to Allaah, The Lord of the Worlds. I testify that there is none worthy of worship except Allaah, and that Muhammad, sallallaahu ‘alayhi wa sallam, is His slave and Messenger.

This name does not imply Kufr (disbelief) or Shirk (idolatry), and we advise you to disregard such satanic whisperings. It is inconceivable that you meant describing your cousin as having eternalness like the eternalness of Allaah. There is no doubt that the eternalness of the created being is relative and befitting to it. It is totally different from the divine eternalness of the Creator which is intrinsic, while the eternalness of the created being is achieved only if Allaah makes him eternal, as with the eternal stay of the people of Paradise in Paradise and the eternal stay of the inhabitants of the Hellfire in the Hellfire.

It should be noted that saying words that may imply disbelief is not considered as disbelief as long as the speaker did not intend to proclaim disbelief when he said them. ‘Ali Al-Qaari’ may Allaah have mercy upon him wrote, “Our scholars held that if there are 99 possible reasons to label a Muslim as a disbeliever and only one reason for considering him to remain a Muslim, then the Muslim judge and Mufti should rely on that one reason (to avoid accusing him of Kufr). This is derived from the Hadeeth that reads, ‘Avert the Hudood (legal penalties prescribed for certain crimes set by the Sharee‘ah) from Muslims as much as possible. If he has a way out then leave him (a Muslim) to his way, for if the Imaam (Muslim ruler) were to make a mistake by pardoning, it would be better than making a mistake by punishing.[At-Tirmithi and Al-Haakim]." [Sharh Ash-Shifa]

Finally, if this game does not contain what is forbidden such as music, for instance, then you do not have to remove it. If it contains what is prohibited, then the game should be removed or this forbidden feature should be removed so that it can be deemed lawful to play it.

Allaah Knows best.
