Question
Assalamu alaikum.I have a problem.Small projections are in my hip joint portion and it is itching .Especially in summer season and also the penis skin is breaking.I found it is due the elastic of my underwear and also the cloth of the underwear plays a major role .I searched for comfortable underwear without elastic but it is not available.Some womens panty is with such feautures.In this context is it is allowed to wear womens panties.It is comfortable to me .I know that womens dress is not allowed for men .So i need an answer as early as possible
Answer
All perfect praise be to Allaah, The Lord of the Worlds. I testify that there is none worthy of worship except Allaah, and that Muhammad 
is His slave and Messenger.
If these clothes are peculiar to women, then it is not permissible for you to wear them, because men are very strongly prohibited from imitating women. Ibn ‘Abbaas 
narrated that the Prophet, sallallaahu ‘alayhi wa sallam, said: “The Messenger of Allaah cursed men who imitate women, and women who imitate men.” [Al-Bukhari]
Also, Abu Hurayrah said: “The Prophet, sallallaahu ‘alayhi wa sallam, cursed the man who wears the clothes of women, and the woman who wears the clothes of men.” [Abu Daawood]
We believe the matter to be easy: you can look for fabric similar to that comfortable fabric and have it sewn into the form of men's clothes. By doing so, the problem will be solved. We believe that you can easily find such fabric. You can also consult specialists to prescribe medication for the itching and breaking of your skin.
