Question
What is the name of the 'messenger' whose name is mentioned in the Quran and he is not a human being?
Answer
All perfect praise be to Allaah, The Lord of the Worlds. I testify that there is none worthy of worship except Allaah, and that Muhammad 
is His slave and Messenger.
The Sharee‘ah texts indicate that Prophethood in the Sharee‘ah sense is exclusive to human beings, as Allaah The Almighty Says (what means): {And We sent not before you [as messengers] except men to whom We revealed from among the people of cities.} [Quran 12:109]
However, messengership may apply to some angels, such as Jibreel (Gabriel) 
as Allaah The Almighty Says (what means): {Allaah chooses from the angels messengers and from the people.} [Quran 22:75] Perhaps this is what the questioner means by this question.
Allaah The Almighty also Says (what means): {So I swear by the retreating stars - Those that run [their courses] and disappear - And by the night as it closes in. And by the dawn when it breathes [That] indeed, the Quran is a word [conveyed by] a noble messenger.} [Quran 81:15-19] In his Tafseer, Ibn Katheer 
said, "It means that this Quran was conveyed by a noble messenger, meaning a noble angel who has good morals and a radiant appearance, and he is Jibreel . Ibn ‘Abbaas, Ash-Sha‘bi, Maymoon ibn Mihraan, Al-Hasan, Qataadah, Ar-Rabee‘ ibn Anas, Adh-Dhahhaak and others also said this."
