He Missed Prayers for 22 Years

Question

Salam ew aalykum ew rahmet allah ew barakatuhu,
I want to ask if I owe 22 years of prayers what time of the day do I have to provide them, morning or after each prayer of the 5 prayer times meaning after I finish the “FARED” of each prayer of the day then I start praying my old ones.
Can I pray in the MORNING when I have my most energy as many as I want ,mixed meaning for example fajr, duhur,aasr, maghrib and ishaa.
Please I need a correct answer because I must do the right thing in my life.

All perfect praise be to Allah, The Lord of the Worlds. I testify that there is none worthy of worship except Allah, and that Muhammad,  sallallaahu  `alayhi  wa  sallam ( may  Allaah exalt his mention ) is His slave and Messenger.

Scholars held different opinions regarding the ruling on making up for those missed prayers. The majority of scholars held that it is obligatory to make up for them, and this is more prudent and safer in terms of clearing one’s liability from the obligation in this regard. If you choose to make up for them, then you have to make up for as many missed prayers as you can during the day or night, according to your ability, in a way that does not physically harm you or negatively affect a livelihood that you need.
