I have a website to sell medicines online for men and women's like(pills and creams for men's private part enlargement and for women's breastenlargement pills and creams, and mang other medicines related to thiscategory) plzzz let me know is it permissible to sell these medicines

All perfect praise be to Allah, The Lord of the Worlds. I testify that there is none worthy of worship except Allah, and that Muhammad is His slave and Messenger.

The basic ruling is that it is permissible to use medications and pills for the mentioned purpose. Therefore, it is permissible to sell them.
