I am working in a production company, friday also working day so I cannot attend the Jumua'h prayer so what is the solution the working at Jumua'h time is haram or not haram

Praise be to Allah, the Lord of the Worlds; and blessings and peace be upon our Prophet Muhammad and upon all his Family and Companions.
If you are obliged to continue in that job and you can not find another work where you perform Jumah prayer without trouble, in this case you have a legal excuse not to perform Jumah prayer. But, you are obliged to perform Zuhr prayer instead, four Rakah.
We advise you to find another job where you can carry out your Shariah obligations, since the obligations of Shariah are more important than other matters. For more details, please refer to the Fatwas:
