I have a son who doesn't believe in Islam can he inherit?

All perfect praise be to Allah, The Lord of the Worlds. I testify that there is none worthy of worship except Allah, and that Muhammad is His slave and Messenger.

Your non-Muslim son does not inherit from you nor do you inherit from him; the evidence is the Hadeeth of the Prophet who said: “A non-Muslim does not inherit a Muslim and a Muslim does not inherit a non-Muslim.” [Al-Bukhari and Muslim]

An-Nawawi said: “The scholars agreed in a consensus that a non-Muslim does not inherit a Muslim.”
