Accepted Answer

All perfect praise be to Allaah, The Lord of the Worlds. I testify that there is none worthy of worship except Allaah, and that Muhammad is His slave and Messenger. We ask Allaah to exalt his mention as well as that of his family and all his companions.

It is obligatory on a woman to cover her entire body except her face and hands when performing the prayer. If the sleeves of the shirt are short but the over-garment covers the arms that are not covered by the sleeves of the shirt, then the prayer is correct, Inshaa' Allaah, because what is important is that the woman's entire body be covered and that has been achieved.
