Question
Can you give me Du'a from the Sunnah to get baby boy?
Answer
All perfect praise be to Allaah, The Lord of the Worlds. I testify that there is none worthy of worship except Allaah, and that Muhammad is His slave and Messenger. We ask Allaah to exalt his mention as well as that of his family and all his companions.
We do not know any specific supplication that is mentioned in the Sunnah for the purpose of getting a male child. A Muslim should invoke Allaah mentioning his need, like saying: 'O Allaah! Bless me with a male child,' and the like.
Allaah has reported to us the story of Zakariyya (Zachariah) 
when he supplicated. Allaah says (which means): {At that, Zechariah called upon his Lord saying, ''My Lord, grant me from Yourself a good offspring. Indeed, You are the Hearer of supplication.}[Qur'an 3:38].
So you have to invoke Allaah and supplicate Him earnestly in order to get what you wish like the Prophet Zakariyya did. Know that Allaah promised to grant the supplication of those who call upon him as He says (which means): {And your Lord says, Call upon Me; I will respond to you.}[Qur'an 40:60].
