Question
having plastic chirurgie for at my husband don t leave me, is that haram .
Answer
All perfect praise be to Allaah, The Lord of the Worlds. I testify that there is none worthy of worship except Allaah, and that Muhammad 
is His slave and Messenger.
We have already issued Fataawa 87848 and 84384 clarifying the ruling of undergoing plastic surgery and that it might be permissible in some cases and forbidden in some other cases; so please refer to the above-mentioned Fataawa.
In case this surgery is forbidden, then it is not permissible for a woman to undergo it even if she fears that her husband will divorce her. However, in case the surgery is permissible, your husband has no right to prevent you from undergoing it, and you are not obliged to obey him in this as this is not among the permissible matters which you are obliged to obey him in.
