Answer

All perfect praise be to Allaah, The Lord of the Worlds. I testify that there is none worthy of worship except Allaah, and that Muhammad sallallaahu `alayhi wa sallam ( may Allaah exalt his mention ) is His slave and Messenger.

Since the nature of this company's work is Islamically permissible, it is permissible to work for it. However, it is an obligation that your job should be permissible among the different jobs of the company.

Besides, you should know that investing in banks which deal with Ribaa (i.e. interest and usury) leads to loss and destruction, as Allaah does not forbid something which could bring benefit and welfare for the people. Allaah Says (what means): {Allaah will destroy Ribaa (usury) and will give increase for Sadaqat (deeds of charity, alms, etc.)}[Quran 2:276].

So the money that is used in Ribaa has no blessings and Allaah promised a war against those who indulge in it.

Allaah Knows best.
