Starting prayer seated while able to stand

Waswaas about correct pronunciation of letters in prayer
Assalaamu alaykum. Please do not refer to other questions. It takes me about 10 times to pronounce the letter ‘Aayn correctly in Surah Al-Faatihah and the Tashahhud when I am praying by myself. It is often replaced with 'hamza'. Shall I keep repeating it till I get it correct, or shall I proceed?

Missing Qunoot in Witr prayer
After completing the Witr prayer, I remembered that I did not read the Qunoot supplication. Do I need to repeat it? Two people shaking hands in front of someone who is praying is equal to them passing in front of him
My question is about two people in the mosque. They shake hands while there is a third person who is praying between them. As such, their hands are in the way of his Qiblah (prayer direction, the Ka'bah in Makkah). Is this considered passing in front of the one who is praying?
