Thinking about undoing magic with magic

The translation of Siraat as 'bridge'
Assalaamualaikum wa Rahmatullahi wa Barakatuh, If the Bridge over Hell is called Al-Jisr (I found this in a hadith if Sahih Muslim), then why is the Siraat translated as the Bridge over Hell in some hadith translations (I thought As-Siraat is the Path)? Allaah is not named 'lawgiver' (Musharri'), but He does give the law
As-salaamu 3laikum, I heard the name Lawgiver being used to refer to Allah but is this one of His names and are His laws one of His attributes? Cursing Allaah in the mind (Allaah is our refuge)
