If a person broke an oath to Allah and has to give an expiation but does earn any money, then do they have to use the money that they received as a gift to feed the poor? Or is it sufficient for them to fast given that they do not have an income?

Exaggerated romantic statements between spouses do not constitute Shirk
Assalaamu alaykum. if a husband says to his wife, as a way of being romantic, "The moon is not shining because you did not look at it today," or, "Every time you open your eyes, a flower blossoms,' does that fall under Shirk (polytheism)? Inability to fulfil vow of fasting because of heat and long days
