Question
I have franchise(dominospizza is my company they are decision makerI can not chang without there's permission)where i sell pizza with ham and and other product which has swin,my question is My mother is not comfertable about this earning and my intention is that I can convence dominospizza that if I sell hallal meat which has no swin it will good for me and my company.so accordin to hakum shar'ee my earning and my intention is Mustahab/Mubaah/Makrooh
Answer
All perfect praise be to Allaah, The Lord of the Worlds. I testify that there is none worthy of worship except Allaah, and that Muhammad is His slave and Messenger. We ask Allaah to exalt his mention as well as that of his family and all his companions.
In Islam it is proven by absolute evidence that pork is forbidden as Allaah Says (what means): {…or the flesh of swine (pork, etc.) for that surely is impure.}[Quran 6:145]. It is also confirmed that the Prophet 
said: "Allaah cursed the Jews, fat (of dead animals) was forbidden for them but they sold it and ate its price. However, when Allaah forbids something to people, He forbids its price to them (i.e. profit resulting from selling it)." [Ahmad] Another narration reads: "Allaah cursed the Jews, (he repeated this thrice) Allaah forbade fat (of dead animals) for them but they sold it and ate its price. Indeed, when Allaah forbids something to people, He forbids its price to them." [Al-Bukhari and Muslim]
Therefore, you should know that your income from selling food which contains pork is forbidden. Thus, you should fear Allaah and repent to Him, and you should know that this life is temporary and that only one dip in Hellfire would make a person forget all the pleasures of this worldly life.
