A malicious allegation and its refutation about the obligation of sparing the beard and wearing the Hijab
What is the difference between Wajib and Fardh? In other words, why is there a concession to shave the beard although it is Wajib to let it grow and shaving it is prohibited, and meanwhile wearing the hijab is Fardh and there is no concession to take it off? When one falls on the asphalt of the street, whether it is dry or wet, does this render his clothes impure, meaning that he cannot perform the prayers therewith? Wiping over splints is legitimate in case of necessity
Some of the contemporary scholars, including Al-Albani, may Allaah have mercy upon him, hold the view that wiping over splints is impermissible because the relevant Hadeeth is weak. Impure water turns flowing pure water impure upon mixing with it
When one sits on a flush toilet to relieve himself, pure water which comes out from the water supply falls onto the impure water at the bottom of the bowl and this causes the water to splash. Drops of the water that is splashed sometimes touch one's body. Does this render the body impure?

Purity of the garment is not a prerequisite for Wudhoo’
I am a young man who suffers from frequent discharge of pre-ejaculatory fluid which mostly comes out whenever I sleep. Therefore, I never perform the prayer in my sleepwear. Performed Wudhoo’ and prayed while a black spot was on his foot
Once I performed Wudhoo’ (ablution) for prayer and when I was drying my foot before starting the prayer, there was a black spot at the tip of my toe on my toenail from the outside. How should I run my fingers between my toes in Wudhoo’ (ablution)? I experience hardship in doing so as a result of compulsive doubts, since the spaces between the toes are very narrow. Is it enough to let water run over them along with separating them to make sure that water passes between them?
