Ruling on paying the monetary value of a vow in a different currency

Ruling on offering the monetary value of what one vowed to offer

Can a wife accept her husband's money to complete the price of the vowed animal sacrifice?
My wife does not work, but she receives an income from her inheritance in addition to the returns of her share in the inheritance.
