Made a vow to do an act of obedience that is conditional upon committing a sin
I had a fight with my sister and I made a vow that I would fast a whole month consecutively if I ever entered her house again. Do I bear a sin for making that vow? What should I do if I go to her house?

A time-free vow should immediately be fulfilled
A while ago, I took a vow to donate 125 dinars in charity for the poor if Allah, the Exalted, would save me from a calamity that befell me. Vowed not to take from her husband's wealth after his death; is her vow binding?
I had a fight with my husband and he accused me of being eagerly desirous to take his wealth after his death. Therefore, I took a vow to give up my share in the inheritance after his death. Should I fulfill this vow, given that he is stingy and does not spend on me since we got married, he does not buy food for the house except after great trouble?

Vowed to spend in charity if he recommits a sin then did it several times
I took a vow to spend 5 riyals in charity if I committed a certain sin, but I did not specify a certain time-frame for my vow. I committed this sin more than once and gave 5 riyals in charity more than once as well. I am sincerely remorseful for taking that vow. What is the religious ruling in this regard? I made a vow that I would fast five days each month if my father recovered from his illness. That was two years ago. I observe fasting as I had vowed, but sometimes I cannot fast, given that I did not fix a time limit for my vow. What is the ruling in this case? What should I do if I cannot fulfill my vow?

I took a vow to pray in congregation under any circumstances, but sometimes I fail to do so because of work conditions. I may delay the prayers due to some circumstances that are beyond my control but perform them in congregation, if only with one of my co-workers. Are those prayers considered congregational prayers?

Ruling on changing a vow
I took a vow that if Allaah, the Exalted, blessed me with money, I would to give part of it in charity. I was blessed with money, but I am in dire need of it. Can I give only one-fourth of the vowed money and thus not bear any sin (for breaking my vow), or should I give the whole vowed money in charity even if it constitutes harm to me?
