Making vow requires wording that implies commitment

Mocking man for marrying older woman

Ten people fed as expiation must be Muslim

If someone fed ten poor people as an expiatation for having broken an oath but that person just guessed that those people were Muslims and did not confirm their religion because they live in a Muslim majority country, will it be valid? Giving wrong advice to person
Assalaamu alaykum. Is it better to do a part-time job for money or to do it for free?
