Renting and borrowing pirated books
I have read all your fatwas regarding intellectual copyrights and understand that intentionally 'buying' pirated books is forbidden, but is 'borrowing' or 'renting' such books intentionally also prohibited?

An agent charging his fees on a percentage basis
How do you see if an institution/person charge its fees by percentage in these three situations.
1. Money Transfer. The companies charge the fee by percentage of the money transferred.
2. Commission which a middle man takes. e.g A property dealer take his fee according to the price of house which will be sold to buyer. e,g 5% of price of house.

Father overburned with huge debts and can repay

Repaying a loan along with a fixed percentage to cover its costs
Am intending to do a business of loaning money to family and close friends. The terms are repayment in 4-6months together with 10% more of the loaned money. this is to cover for the logistics involved, e.g lawyers charges, drawing a loan contract. His company wants to buy him a car with a Riba-based loan
I work in a pharmaceutical company where they take a loan from a bank with intrest and buy me a car , where the company will pay the bank as long as I am employed there.
