Receiving a tax refund on a donation given in behalf of a friend
I live in Canada and we can claim income tax refunds on charitable donations. Using a credit card without an interest transaction

Pension plans for employees
I would like some clarification on "Pensions for Retired Workers", Fatwa: 89640. Is pension then a kind of insurance, so that it falls under Gharar transactions which are forbidden for us?
